What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send by email, telephone or the enquiry form. This may include your name, company, email, phone number and project details. We use it only to respond and prepare a proposal.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and deleted afterwards unless the law requires longer retention.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical functions are used, which require no consent.
Third-party services
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address when the page loads. Hosting providers process technical request data to deliver the site.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by emailing info@hotelspaceprojects.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
